Weather presenter rambling on at 20 to the dozen, not helped by expressions like 'head on through', 'through the course of...' Prize to 'As we head on through the course of the new working week..'

The Brussels bureaucrats have struck. After 40+ years with Lloyds black horse looking after my pennies I've now been shunted off into TSB, without any permission from me.

To make matters worse, although the info booklet says "Hello. Welcome BACK  to local banking",  I've been told that my "local branch" is now in North End, Croydon rather than in Purley where it was until the switch and which is much nearer home.
